All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage in shipping. All items will be surrounded by either a bubble wrapped envelope or boxed. ALL small items and Minifigures will be placed into individual plastic bags to prevent any damage.Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns via bricklink messaging or the email below.

In-Store Details:
Used: Good condition, just from piles of pieces. Most of these bricks are good or great. Please expect some bricks to have minor surface wear from being with other parts. ** Always read descriptions. If a piece is scratched, dented, or discolored it will be stated in the description.**
New: Brand new are from sets or pick a brick. If you want the best quality bricks, choose new.
Sets : The description and extended description will explain what the set includes. Imperfections or missing parts/figs will be noted.

International Shipments:
Must be calculated separately. Please contact us before placing your order so we can calculate pricing. I will need to know the items you want to purchase and a shipping address. We will calculate shipping as soon as possible and let you know the price.
VAT and other import fees will be paid by the buyer. If the buyer does not wish to pay the import fees, the order will be refunded upon the return of the package to the seller. The refund will not include the cost of postage that was spent to attempt delivery to the customers country.
Insurance:
You have a choice to add insurance to your order. USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail include $100 of Insurance automatically. So, in most cases, additional Insurance will not be needed. If you would like additional insurance on your entire order, each shipping method has an option for you to purchase it. Insurance is variable depending on the order total. If you request an invoice, please leave a note if you would like insurance on your order.
If you select the checkbox for insurance on the shipping page during checkout, the additional cost will be added to your order. Please contact us with any issues you have with your order.
All orders will have a tracking number attached to them upon the order being mailed. Please allow 6 business days domestic and 14 business days international, before reaching out about a delayed shipment. In the event a package has stopped during transit, please notify SML Bricks LLC and the shipping provider can be contacted to help find your package. We will help in any way we can!
**All international shipments require the order to be insured**
Additional Charges:
Each order will be charged $0.99 for packaging / PayPal fees. Any order below $4.99 will be charged $1.99.
Order Status:
Orders usually ship within 1 business day after your order or the next business day if the order comes in on a weekend. If there is a delay for any reason, we will notify you to keep you in the loop.
Orders Returned to Sender:
If a package is returned to the sender, the buyer has two options;
- Pay for shipping again and have the package sent to the correct location.
- Cancel the order and get refunded for the order price without the shipping that was previously paid. **I will not refund shipping that I paid to send a package that was returned to me unless it was my error.

I want to make sure your order meets or exceeds your expectations. If you are not 100% satisfied please message us before leaving feedback. Feedback after the order is completed is much appreciated. If you don't see a part you need just contact us and we might have it.
